I have been fortunate to work with Abi on various projects over the years and my human design reading has been another vital development in my personal growth. It's like someone gives you a road map to your soul! I have discovered so much more self awareness and acceptance of my behaviours and strengths. It was a relief to discover how parts of my personality or routine I had judged myself harshly for are actually part of my genetic build and can also be utilised in a positive way.

As a projector I have always worked with bursts of energy and inspiration but also needed long periods of rest. Before I explored my human design I made myself very ill by pushing my body and mind too hard. I absorbed a lot of energy from others that was overwhelming at times. I've learnt to accept how my body and energy centers work and how to utilise this for optimum output and self care. I prioritise what makes my soul happy now and I'm thriving!

I understand where the shadow work lies and I have a plan for identifying and tackling the patterns that hold me back. There's still SO much to learn and I trust in Abi to guide me through it with her expertise, insightfulness and positivity!
