As a leader with over 30 year experience in the travel industry in big corporate organisations I am proud to have achieved the role of MD of Cornish Gems, a medium sized luxury holiday lettings Bcorp accredited business, the ultimate achievement in my career.

I was first introduced to Human Design by Abigail Rebecca who recently gave me my personalised Human Design Guide.

Over my 30 year career as a leader I have been introduced to many leadership profiling tools such as Insights, Motivational Mapping and Belbin. Each one I found put me into a box of leadership traits and forced me to think in the box metric and to act as a leader in this framework, until Human Design.

My Human Design Guide by Abigail Rebecca spoke to me about my aura, my authentic self, my energy including how I am designed to feel. No longer was I reading about imposter Syndrome and putting myself into a box. I was reading how things like my energy, mind, emotions and star sign make me behave, and feel, as my authentic self, as a leader and how to channel my energy to work better for me and those around me.

This Human Design Guide made more sense to me than any profiling I have done in my 30 year career, it made me want to know and engage more to be the best version of me and to better those around me.
